How to Cook
Score the steaks lightly with a knife to prevent curling, then season with salt, pepper, and lemon. Pan-fry in a hot, oiled pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Alternatively, crumb in seasoned breadcrumbs and shallow-fry for a crispy finish. For the grill: brush with garlic butter and cook on high heat for 2 minutes per side — don't overcook or they'll toughen.
