By placing an order on shamiseafood.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Shami Seafood reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Delivery

We deliver to selected areas within South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shami Seafood is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Perishable Goods & Food Safety

All seafood products are perishable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. Shami Seafood cannot be held liable for spoilage resulting from failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
