How to Cook
To stuff: fill with a garlic, herb, and breadcrumb mixture, secure with a toothpick, and bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes. To grill: score the outside in a crosshatch pattern, brush with olive oil and lemon, and cook on high heat for 2–3 minutes per side. To slice into rings: cut into 1cm rounds and shallow-fry in seasoned flour until golden — about 2 minutes per side.
