Cooking Tips
- Use 1kg cleaned chicken / meat / fish
- Use 3 tablespoons of Amina's Lemon & Herb Marinade and rub marinade into meat
- Leave in fridge overnight or for 6-8 hours
- Meat is now ready for braai/ barbecue
- For pot roast or oven grills: Add a touch of oil or butter in pot or oven dish. Add marinated chicken / meat / fish and cover with foil or lid.
- Serve with baked vegetables or French fries.
