How to Cook:
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180°C and fry from frozen for 4–6 minutes or until golden brown.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Lightly brush or spray the samoosas with oil and air fry for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway until crisp and golden.
Serving Tip: Best enjoyed hot with chutney, sweet chilli, or your favourite dipping sauce.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
