
Amina's Wonder Spice 325g Aknee Palau Masala 325g
Cooking Tips:
- Use 1kg mutton or chicken, wash well and allow to drain.
- Braise 2 finely sliced, medium sized onions until golden brown.
- Add in mutton/ chicken and add two medium sized grated tomatoes.
- Add in 4 tablespoons of Amina's Wonder Spice 325g Aknee Palau Masala with 250ml buttermilk.
- Add 3 cups of water and allow to cook for +- 20 minutes (10 minutes for chicken).
- Add in 6 medium sized potatoes and cook for +- 10 minutes.
- Add freshly chopped coriander and fresh green chillies.
- Add 2 cups of parboiled rice and +- 3 cups of water.
- Allow to cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Seal the pot with foil before closing the lid.
- Place pot in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes allowing to steam until done.
- Allow to simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes.
- Serve with hot vegetables, yoghurt dressing and salads.
