How to Cook
Pan-fry: Your choice of herbs and seasonings . Cook in a hot pan for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Oven-bake: Place in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and garlic, and roast at 200°C for 15–18 minutes. Curry: Add to a simmering curry base in the last 10 minutes — the firm flesh holds together well and absorbs the sauce beautifully.
Storage
Keep at -18°C or below. Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
