How to Cook
Peri-peri or garlic butter: Cook in a hot pan with butter and your sauce of choice for 3–4 minutes per side until pink and curled. Curry: Add whole to a simmering curry base in the last 8–10 minutes — the heads add depth to the sauce. Braai: Skewer and grill over medium coals for 3–4 minutes per side, basting with garlic butter. Do not overcook — they tighten fast.
Storage
Keep at -18°C or below. Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
