Mae Ploy Tom Yum Paste 50g

How to use:
- Add 50g Tom Yum Paste into 2 and 1/2 cups (600ml) boiling water, stir thoroughly.
- Add 400g fresh prawns/fish and 150g mushroom or vegetable of your choice.
- Cook until well done.
- Add lime juice, fish sauce.
- Taste and season as required.
* One cup of water may be replaced with 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk or milk in order to get a thick Tom Yum soup.
