Cooking Tips

• Simply pour on Amina's Wonder Spice Prego Marinade & Sauce
• Marinate for 3-6 hours or overnight
• Meat/ chicken/ fish cuts are now ready for braai / barbecue, pot roast or oven grill.
• For pot roast or oven grills: Add a touch of oil or butter in pot or oven dish. Add marinated meat and cover with foil or lid.
• Serve with baked vegetables or French fries.
